 Position Available: Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer service, manage staff, and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
 Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
 Monitor and manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
 Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain customer satisfaction.
 Manage and organize staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak times.
 Coordinate with suppliers for inventory and stock management.
 Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase restaurant sales.

Requirements:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
 Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role (preferably in the UAE).
 Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
