Medication Dispensing: Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications and ensure proper dosage and safety based on the patient’s needs.
Patient Consultation: Counsel patients on how to take their medications, potential side effects, drug interactions, and overall health management.
Medication Management: Review and assess medications for appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety, and monitor patient outcomes.
