Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, provide clerical support, and contribute to maintaining a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Support other departments with administrative tasks and coordination.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and staff coordination as required.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and company records.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or a diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative or office assistant role (UAE experience preferred).
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Availability: Immediately available candidates will be preferred.
