ACCOUNTANT ROLE
Junior Accountant Job Roles & Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Data Entry
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
Maintain general ledger entries and journals.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and prepare payments.
Issue customer invoices and follow up on payments.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Bank Reconciliation
Match bank statements with internal records.
Identify and report any discrepancies or unusual transactions
