HR Officer vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training arrangements.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Administer employee benefits programs and policies, such as health insurance, leave management, and employee assistance programs.
Assist with HR policy development, updates, and communication to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources roles, with knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
