Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
Manage and oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Create and plan menus, including special and seasonal dishes, to meet guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner and adheres to hygiene and safety standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock and minimize waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the kitchen and dining areas.
Handle food-related complaints and feedback from guests with professionalism and efficiency.
Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and recipes into the menu.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
Excellent creativity and ability to develop innovative and appealing dishes.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
