Job Title: Cargo Loader

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Cargo Loaders. As a Cargo Loader, you will play a crucial role in the efficient loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring the safe and timely movement of goods within our facility.

Responsibilities:
Load and unload cargo onto and from trucks, aircraft, or ships according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Ensure proper placement and securement of cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, conveyor belts, and pallet jacks to move and position cargo.
Verify and document the quantity and condition of cargo being loaded or unloaded.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to coordinate workflow.
Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Follow company policies and procedures related to cargo handling and security.

Requirements:
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Previous experience in cargo handling or a related field is an asset.
Knowledge of basic equipment operation, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cargo.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
