Job Title: Cargo Loader

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Cargo Loaders. Cargo Loaders play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo onto aircraft, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics services.

Responsibilities:
Safely load and unload cargo onto aircraft, following established procedures and safety protocols.
Ensure accurate sorting, labeling, and documentation of cargo to facilitate proper handling and delivery.
Operate ground support equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to transport cargo within the warehouse and onto aircraft.
Collaborate with team members to meet loading/unloading schedules and maintain workflow efficiency.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to cargo handling and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the warehouse and loading areas.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse or cargo handling preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate ground support equipment (training provided if necessary).
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
