Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.
Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations.
Assist with taking reservations, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role is preferred.
