We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Representatives. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we invite you to apply for this position and become a key contributor to our success.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Present products or services to potential customers and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and support the overall sales process.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections and objections to close sales.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
