Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures and guidelines.
Retrieve items from inventory shelves or storage areas based on order specifications and ensure correct quantities and products are selected.
Use handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory movement and update order status in the system.
Verify product quality, expiration dates, and packaging requirements before packing items for shipment.
Package orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit.
Label packages with shipping information, tracking numbers, and other necessary details for accurate delivery.
Prepare shipping documents and arrange pickups with carriers or postal services as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including packing stations, storage shelves, and shipping supplies.
Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to [insert weight] pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, packing, and labeling tasks.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or software.
