HR Assistant vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and assist with onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hires, changes in employment status, and other employee information.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in HR administration or a similar role preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
