About Us:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience managing documents and records, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize electronic and physical documents, records, and files according to established procedures.
Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled, indexed, and stored in a secure and accessible manner.
Manage document workflows, including distribution, review, approval, and archiving processes.
Monitor and track document changes, revisions, and updates, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of relevant changes.
Coordinate document reviews and approvals with internal teams, external partners, and clients as required.
Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards.
Assist with the development and implementation of document control policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide training and support to staff members on document control processes and systems.
Respond to inquiries and requests for information from team members, clients, and external parties in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline document management processes and improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in document management, records management, or related field.
Proven experience as a document controller or similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
Proficiency in document management software and systems, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Documentum, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of document control principles, standards, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document processing, and record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to document management is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
