Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
Manage employee records and maintain HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee inquiries and provide information and assistance on HR-related matters.
Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
