Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities for new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of HR databases and files.
Process employee paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and benefits enrollment forms.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Support employee relations activities, including assisting with investigations, documenting incidents, and maintaining confidentiality.
Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries and requests for information regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and HR policy updates.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in human resources or related administrative role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems preferred.
