Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and sales forecasts.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
