Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products and services.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a drive for results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
