Job Title: Hostess

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Hostess. The Hostess plays a key role in providing a warm welcome to our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in our establishment.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, including managing waiting lists.
Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during peak hours.
Assist with coordinating reservations, special requests, and private events.
Communicate effectively with the serving staff and kitchen team to ensure timely seating and service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor dining room cleanliness and assist with cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
