HR Assistant vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the completion of new hire paperwork.
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, under the guidance of HR management.
Provide support with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and training and development programs.
Prepare HR-related documents and correspondence, such as employment contracts, HR policies, and employee communications.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits programs.
Respond to employee inquiries and requests for information, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by HR management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role preferred.
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
