We are Looking Staff For Shipping Company. As a Warehouse Helper in the Shipping and Logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading:

Assist in the loading and unloading of goods and materials from trucks or containers.
Ensure accurate counting and inspection of received items.
Inventory Control:

Help in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Assist with regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
Order Picking and Packing:

Prepare orders by picking items from shelves according to packing lists.
Pack and label items for shipment in accordance with company standards.
Shipping and Receiving:

Assist with the shipping process, including labeling, packaging, and arranging transportation.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
Material Handling:

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Safely handle and store materials in designated areas.
Quality Assurance:

Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or defective items.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Documentation:

Complete and maintain accurate records of shipped and received items.
Prepare shipping and receiving documents as required.
Cleanliness and Organization:

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstacles.
Assist in maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Follow established protocols for handling hazardous materials if applicable.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.

Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools.
