Job Title: Logistic Co-ordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistic Coordinator. The Logistic Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and optimal efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments and deliveries with carriers, suppliers, and customers
Arrange transportation for goods via various modes (e.g., trucking, shipping, air freight)
Track and monitor the progress of shipments and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
Manage documentation and paperwork related to shipments, including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the transportation process
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transportation activities
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and warehousing, to ensure smooth operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in logistics operations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred
Proven work experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
