Job Opportunity: Logistics Co-ordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistical operations of our company.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods, materials, and equipment.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or clients.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies.
Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse storage space.
Prepare shipping and export documentation as required.
Evaluate transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers.
Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with regulations.
Resolve logistical issues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
