Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be energetic, persuasive, and well-organized, with a passion for sales and building relationships.

Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback and training.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
BS/BA degree or equivalent.
