Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
