Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress. As a vital part of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while delivering attentive and efficient service.

Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus and take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to established standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
