Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Assist with payroll processing, including verifying timekeeping records and calculating wages.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
