Job Title: Data Entry Clerk for Warehouse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our warehouse team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to inventory, shipments, and other warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in our warehouse management system accurately and efficiently
Verify and reconcile inventory counts to ensure accuracy
Assist with the preparation of shipping documents and labels
Communicate with warehouse staff and management to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Maintain organized electronic and physical files of warehouse records
Generate reports and analyze data to support warehouse operations
Collaborate with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and experience with data entry software
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems
Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
