Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions for procurement agreements.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement initiatives to achieve procurement savings targets.
Review purchase requisitions, analyze specifications, and select appropriate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support and solutions.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and seek out new suppliers to expand the supplier base and improve competitiveness.
Monitor and track supplier performance, resolve issues, and address any discrepancies or quality concerns.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain procurement reports, documentation, and records to track purchasing activities and expenditures.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Procurement Executive or similar role.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of procurement regulations, practices, and procedures.
