Description

Responsibilities:

Source and procure goods, materials, and services according to established procurement procedures and guidelines.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including price, delivery schedule, and payment terms.
Monitor supplier performance and quality of goods and services received, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and department heads, to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a procurement officer or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
