Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels for trends, topics, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with the audience.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative resources to produce multimedia content for social media.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
