We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.
Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
Ensure pricing and discounts are applied correctly to each transaction.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Follow cash handling procedures and security measures to prevent theft or discrepancies.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
