Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. The successful candidate will support various accounting functions and assist in maintaining accurate financial records for our organization.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related queries.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
CPA certification or working towards CPA qualification is a plus.
