Job Opportunity: Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate person.
Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff members.
Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and staff members in a timely manner.
Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
Follow office protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
