Job Opportunity: Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist in coordinating office activities and events.
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Assist in booking travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and clients.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
