Responsibilities:

Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into the company’s database
Ensuring data integrity and security at all times
Performing regular data quality checks and troubleshooting any discrepancies
Generating reports and assisting with data analysis as required
Collaborating with other team members to streamline data processes
Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
