Job Opportunity: Factory Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage production processes, and ensure efficiency and quality in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate factory workers and production activities.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Train and mentor staff to improve skills and productivity.
Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials.
Inspect products for quality control and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
