Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
Ensure quality and consistency in beverage preparation according to company standards.
Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
