Description

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and workstations.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team.
