Description

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting menu items.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
Process payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and securely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and dining area.
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Upsell additional products or promotions to increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
