Description

Responsibilities:

Receive, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents, files, and records.
Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, indexed, and filed according to established protocols.
Manage document distribution and transmission, both internally and externally, using appropriate channels.
Track and monitor document revisions, updates, and approvals, maintaining version control and ensuring document integrity.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to collect, review, and process documents in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of documents for meetings, presentations, and regulatory submissions.
Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards.
Provide training and support to staff members on document control processes and systems.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
