Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to assist with the input and management of data within our organization. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information in our databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:
Input data from various sources into our database software with speed and accuracy
Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and correcting errors as needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Update and maintain databases with new information and changes
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation and security
Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
Collaborate with other team members to support departmental goals and initiatives
Follow company policies and procedures related to data entry and information management

Requirements:
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with data entry software and systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus
