Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage executive’s calendar, prioritize and schedule appointments and meetings
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for review by executives
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment
Provide administrative support to executives as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive support and accounting roles
Experience in the finance or accounting industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
