Job Opportunity: Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization and provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage the reception area, including keeping it tidy and well-organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Provide information to visitors and clients about the company and its services.
Assist in organizing office events and activities.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle inquiries and requests from visitors, clients, and employees.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
