Are you detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in handling data? We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team and contribute to maintaining accurate records and databases. Role and Responsibilities:

Input, update, and maintain accurate data entries into databases and spreadsheets using designated software or tools.
Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and performing regular quality checks.
Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring all files are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data summaries by compiling and organizing data from multiple sources.
Respond to data inquiries and requests from internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in data processing.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve departmental objectives.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheet applications, and office equipment (e.g., computers, scanners, printers).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling repetitive tasks.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new software and procedures as required.
Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices for data handling and confidentiality.
