Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments to handle inquiries and requests.
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Handle basic inquiries about the company and its services.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
