Job Opportunity: Document Controller
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing company documents and records.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.
Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and archived.
Control the distribution of documents and maintain document logs.
Monitor document revisions and ensure version control.
Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for document retrieval.
Implement document control procedures and policies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
Familiarity with document management software and systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
