Job Opportunity: Office Boy / Girl

We are currently seeking an Office Boy / Girl to join our team in Dubai. The Office Boy / Girl will provide general support and assistance in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage and maintain cleanliness in the office, including the reception area, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
Prepare and serve beverages and snacks to guests and staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
Run errands such as banking, purchasing office supplies, and other administrative tasks.
Support administrative staff with clerical tasks and data entry.
Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Office Boy / Girl or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
