Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our database systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
Input and update data into the company’s database systems with speed and accuracy.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of data by reviewing, correcting, and validating information as needed.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
Assist with data cleanup and quality assurance initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any data-related issues.
Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines.
Handle ad-hoc data entry tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role is preferred.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
