Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions
Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating our website or app
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging situations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computer software and navigating online platforms
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
