Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing inventory and supplies? We are currently seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a Storekeeper.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and stock movements using inventory management software
Organize and store items in designated areas, ensuring proper storage conditions and efficient use of space
Prepare and pack orders for shipment or delivery, including labeling and documentation as required
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
Perform regular inventory counts and audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy
Assist with periodic inventory inspections and stocktaking activities
Requirements:
Previous experience as a storekeeper, warehouse clerk, or similar role preferred but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects and work in a warehouse environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
